Throwback Thursday

Today is Thursday and that means it’s the last day of the work week for all real niggas because it’s a known fact real niggas don’t do work on Friday’s. With it also being Thursday that means a dope Throwback song from me @Rell_Mac

Today’s Throwback Thursday song is strictly for those who were born in 87 or later. Maybe some of you 88 babies may know this song but we all know that niggas that were born in 89 won’t know this. But Moving. Right. Along! Today’s song features a kid group from the 90’s and they had everyone “Coolin At The Playground” I know some of all are lost so I’ll just tell yall. The group is ABC (Another Bad Creation) and the song is “Iesha”

ABC had every lil nigga looking for a brawd named Iesha just because of this song. Niggas were plotting of the new girl at school and hoping her name was Iesha, fellas don’t front! Not only that, these young niggas were riding around in the video on go-karts and you know how much kids in the hood love go-karts, we fucking loved em! Throwing rocks and/or snowballs at the bus and riding go-karts were the only two things kids in the projects wanted to do. O yea, “Hide n go get it” but once again that’s another topic for another time.

Let’s talk about this video:

Another Bad Creation (ABC) was the young version of New Edition if you know your history, ABC was signed to New Edition. New Edition had a song titled “Cool It Now” and the song by ABC "Iesha" are like the same type of song. As you watch this video notice the fashion these young kids were wearing because the late 80’s early 90’s look has made a comeback. Snap backs are the new wavy taking over these streets today and they were the wavy back then as well. Niggas love their snap backs b! Not only the snap backs they were also wearing airbrush t-shits in this video. Now airbrush shirts have died down over the years but don’t be surprised if you see them try to make a comeback with everyone going with the 80’s-90’s look as of late. This just shows the cycle continues.
